Nancy had the honor of attending the prestigious 33rd Annual Annie Awards, animation’s biggest night.
She spoke on behalf of the ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive, a project aimed to create an animation archive, museum and library for animation buffs and regular folks alike. The ultimate goal is to preserve the art of animation for the enjoyment of future generations.
The event was held at the gorgeous Alex Theatre in Glendale, California on February 4th. It was hosted by none other than the now-infamous Tom Kenny (the voice of Spongebob Squarepants) and saw Wallace and Grommit walk away with 10 Annies, sweeping the 10 categories in which it was nominated. Congrats to them and all other winners and nominees.
