There has been a huge amount of fan art based on The Simpsons and characters from the show over the years. But these guys take the musical cake. A heavy medal band based on Ned Flanders.

Styled as “the world’s only Nedal band,” Okilly Dokilly rose to viral fame in 2015 with their “Neddy” outfits and hard metal songs with lyrics ripped straight from the mouth of Homer Simpson’s next door neighbor.

Their debut album, Howdilly Doodilly, reached number 4 on the US Billboard Comedy Album chart and the video for the single White Wine Spritzer has been viewed close to 6 million times on YouTube.

But it’s not critical acclaim the band are seeking, Head Ned explained.

“In reality, this is all just an over-the-top attempt at getting Matt Groening’s autograph, even if it comes on a cease and desist letter.”
